I asked 3 different people the same questions and got different answers from all of them. I also didn’t feel any physical connection to any of their “readings.”

More often than not, when I call a psychic through this app, they come across as rude—like I’m bothering them and they’re eager to rush off the phone. It feels like pulling teeth just to get them to engage. Many of them don’t seem genuinely intuitive, often just pulling a card and stating what it says instead of truly tapping in. I’ve used other apps and sites where the psychics are much friendlier, more connected, and clearly gifted. Unfortunately, the quality control here leaves a lot to be desired, and it’s not a platform I find myself wanting to return to.

Bug: I enabled SMS Notification but the app keeps disabling it so I have to keep updating it to enabled. Very annoying. Please fix this. Recommendation: Please add Send Mail, Send Ping and Alert Me features on advisor pages to the app version.

I decided to give this app a try after my favorite YouTube guide recommended it. Honest opinion I found maybe 1 person who was extremely accurate I lost my brother in July and what the psychic told me was pretty spot on about the who my brother was and our inside jokes. I tried different readers and when I asked will anything be coming my way for the new year the answer was basically no nothing would change in my life or career which was extremely false. I have a good paying job and I’m also pregnant so yes big things changed in my life but somehow the psychic didn’t see that and told me that no big changes were coming 🤔 I do tarot readings and I was more accurate then the some of the so called psychics through this app

Won’t let me join the call with any advisor.

I’ve had a bunch of readings on this site, but I keep running into technical issues, both with chats and phone calls. Since they charge by the minute, even if you go just 2-3 seconds over, they hit you with the full charge for that next minute. I’ve reached out to their customer service so many times about the tech problems, and all they ever tell me is that I need to end the call or chat as soon as I run into an issue. Just now, I had a call with an advisor who charges $7 per minute. I added more balance, the call resumed, but I heard absolutely nothing, just dead silence, even after saying “hello” multiple times. I waited for 30 minutes before finally ending it, but that was $7 down the drain for literally nothing. Now, imagine if this happened with an advisor charging $20+ per minute. That’s just throwing money away. And their Satisfaction Guarantee is capped at $25 max per month or so.

This app has literally gone downhill, the app keeps freezing, calls drop mid-way, and also the screen kept asking multiple times to enter card into only to realize it charged me a total of $125 due to multiple entries.

Not satisfied.

This company is rigged and allows their advisors to delete honest reviews that you leave. All of the advisor ratings are inaccurate! I posted an honest review and made sure my review didn’t go against any of their guidelines and they removed it because the advisor asked them to! Do NOT use this app! You think you are getting an honest advisor but no it’s because they allow their reviews to be inflated! Advisors also use FAKE accounts to spam their reviews with good ones!

I’ve been using Keen for a while now, and I’m so impressed with the quality of advisor and the overall experience. The application experience is super intuitive, making it easy to find the right advisor for my needs. I love that I can read reviews, see ratings and choose from chat or call options depending on what works best for me. The connection is always smooth and I’ve had some truly insightful experiences that helped me gain clarity and direction! Highly recommend for anyone looking for real, meaningful guidance!

This app is a total scam… my last advisor didn’t even answer my question and I waste 30.00 USD that I could use in a good meal instead with someone that didn’t make his job? Such a joke. Another of the advisors is the only people says she is a good medium but man it’s totally expensive and she wasted some of the seconds asking unnecessary stuff. Another user said that Keen hide the bad reviews and that’s 100% true. Today I wrote two bad reviews and oh boy! Guess what…you cannot find them! That is totally unacceptable and disgusting. You tricky people about the real advisors and the true behind it. Waiting for the response of customer service about the awful experience. Don’t waste your money here please.

I went through a lot of psychics on this site. Some are real, but there are so many that aren’t real and Keen does a horrible job of keeping the unreal ones off of here. First, if you give a low star review because they’re fake, nobody ever sees it. If you give a five star review and tell the truth about them not being real, the psychic is allowed to delete it or make it not show up. There’s also a lot of disconnecting on this site so you lose money. While I have had some that have been great. And are real keen really needs to fix these other problems with the psychics that are not. It’s infuriating that they allow them to stay on here to waste your money and not let you inform others about them.

Everything about this app is a scam. The people who claim to be physic can’t even remember or have track of your previous conversations. If they charge 2.69, they will end up taking $5.39

I was overcharged. I added 93.00 to my balance to speak to someone, but then was charged 89.90 to speak to that same person. I only spoke to that person for ten minutes. It says $92.89 was used of my balance, which reflects accurately and shows I have a balance of $0.11, but my actually debit card was charged $93.00 and $89.90. Why am I being charged twice? The whole point of adding money to my balance was to be used. If the reader is charging my card for $89.90 then I want my $93 back that was taken from my balance too. A ten minute reading priced at $8.99 per minute should not cost $180

What happened to the daily horoscope in the app? This was one of the features that I loved and all of the information that it provided. Why would you take it away? It wasn’t broken and didn’t need to be fixed… Now they are buried somewhere deep within the app and don’t give half the information they once did.

I keep getting shut out of the Apple app then I can’t get back in using Apple. I don’t understand why it takes me to an old account. I haven’t used in years that I don’t use that has no money on it and no points. I can’t get into the regular one using my user ID and password not through Apple not through Google.. it’s being hijacked to m it’s being hijacked by my other joint Apple ID, which isn’t the one I want. The experience is for dealing with management trying to get this fixed. This is the second time maybe the third. why it is so difficult? I don’t understand. I will try again now using Safari since Google didn’t work. I don’t know what else to do. Today 10-14- I am still unable to get into the Apple version app for Keen. I don’t know why I’ve tried multiple times but I cannot use it. Keen should not advertise it if you’re not able to even use it that’s ridiculous. They tell me I should change my email address. Why I’ve used the same email address since I set this up. Somebody needs to figure it out, but they seem to not want to work with a technology using Apple iPhones. They blackball us forcing us to use the monopoly of Google.

Yes you can get 5 Minutes for $1, but you don’t get past your name and zodiac sign. I spent 3/5 minutes waiting on a response! Good thing it was only a dollar.

new app verison is not better. i am hoping you add PiNG to App verison. Now even Missing the INbox. Plus the arrange all count is missing too. And the feedback section on each advisor’s page is soooo big.

I am totally loving this app. It’s very easy to use for an affordable tarot reading. Just read the profiles and you will find someone good for you.

Some other advisors are nasty and mean one actually hung up in my face and they charged me six dollars only gave me $2.85 back

If you are looking for very expensive advice then this is a good quick fix platform. But over time most of the advisers here are not accurate though they are kind and well intentioned, most of them.

I finally broke down to buy minutes and it didn’t work out as I planned. He didn’t ask me my name or anything specifically just for so responded with short answers. I have never talked to a psychic but this was by far the worst experience lol makes me want to truly believe no one can for see the future.

I used to really enjoy this app and my advisor, but they removed the messaging feature and the horoscope. My advisor was always so understanding, and whenever I needed encouragement or a quick chat, we could easily communicate through the app's messages. But with the recent update, they took that away—so frustrating!

I used this site for about six months. I got wildly different responses from different psychics. A few people felt genuine but most seemed to just be stringing you a long for more money. It also becomes very addictive, especially if a reading feels off. Then the search continues for something that makes sense. It’s a never ending cycle. I had one psychic tell me my bf had a completely separate life with all these women and weird kinks and that he was a sociopath. The next one I contacted said he was so spiritually connected to me and had no interest in other women. Both of these people had 5 star reviews. It’s just kind of nuts, save your money.

Don’t listen to everyone on TikTok that says this app is awesome. $10 for one minute and then when you try to talk to any of the advisors on the phone. for one minute, they get mad and greedy and tell you what can I do to help you in one minute they’re way too expensive. You just go on TikTok live and you could probably find a better reader. That’s where I met most of my readers at so don’t listen to this.

I’ve been to many readers in my life and I found a few amazing ones on this app and they are NOT the ones who charge $15-$40 per minute. Highway robbery! My favorites are Eye of Cheryl, Airmonic, MsQueen Monroe, Lisa Dianne, Verushka18, Advisor Neal and Master Psychic Adam Stone. All of them nailed my situation perfectly and had a lot of predictions come to fruition.

They give advice based on there pov rather than being actually psychic plz don’t waste ur money unless ur looking for advice. I went through 5 different readers bc they couldn’t tell me what I was wearing. As a psychic myself any psychic should easily be able to know that.

So I only had a 6 minute session with Symmone for love and relationships advice. The information she gave me was actually nice, but I was charged WAY over than I should have been. I kept getting fraud alert scams, the session for the first 5 minutes was SUPPOSED to be $1, then 5$ every minute after that. Through the app, it says that I only paid $29, however it took about $50 out of my account. I'm extremely upset by this, especially since the idea of the app seemed interesting.

Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. HORRIBLE APP, DO NOT DOWNLOAD. The promotion in the app was $1 for 5 minutes. My session 6 minutes long, and the rate for the person I spoke to was $6.99 a minute. AT MOST my bill should have been around $35, NOT $70!!! HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called the customer service number to request a refund and the automated system stated that the office was “closed” then went on to lost that their hours are from whatever time to 6pm. It was 3:10pm at the time of the call. SCAM.

Scam - none of them are gifted - I wouldnt waste my time - I asked a question I already knew the answer to just to see if they were legit - they got it wrong & then said I was the problem

I tried talking to someone with a 4.8-5 star and they did not help at all. It felt as if I was talking to some bot. I been having trouble with my new job and someone in it and I wanted to know but all they kept telling me was the leave the job and being super unhelpful and didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. *cough* Grace. Afterwards 2 charges of $74 and $24 were taken out of my bank account for the service. Thankfully my bank notified my right away and I was able to keep my money. Almost ripped me out of my money. The chat lasted from 11:12pm to 11:17pm. A waste!!!

Keen, like many other sites, requires immediate reviews after a reading. While this captures the initial reaction, it can be influenced by emotions during the session, potentially clouding judgment. They don’t allow time to validate the prediction or reflect on the reading's accuracy. I had several lengthy readings from the highest-rated advisors on this website. However, none of their predictions came true, and I feel they were just saying things to make me happy in the moment. I'm disappointed because I was looking for a reliable advisor to refer to in the future, but none of their predictions have come true

I have found great advisors & some who can’t even tell you much but can only read the energies yet charge over $19 p/ minute. An advisor can tell you anything & as soon as you leave an honest review, they block you. My favorite advisor is a “sponsored advisor” and was able to get my reviews removed all because I was being honest. I left 4 stars but they must pay keen extra to get constructive criticism removed. The clients get no protection

I don’t have any hate against the people on this app but I was unable to create a proper account so I tried to delete the semi account I had on it and it wouldn’t let me deactivate it and I don’t trust it with my information

i got this app to just see how anything in my life was gonna be. it said $1 for a 5 minute session and that session didn’t even work. charged me $49.90 AND $14.95?? for what??? didn’t even say that in any fine prints. blocked the company. deleted the app and my account associated with this garbage. tried stealing almost $60 from me for a session that’s only worth $1. wacko

Let just say none of them know what they’re saying. I spoke to at least 30 different advisors & not a single prediction that they said came to pass. I nearly spent nearly thousands on this app, please don’t waste your money on false predictions & reading’s.
